Hi,
I am reading you since very long. I am sorry to say but i didn’t find your words powerful except one quote and that is Everything is not what it seems. I am experiencing this thing in my whole life. You said that there is fine line between self critical and self hate and then you are saying believe in yourself. How it could be possible to have faith in your self being critical to yourself? Don’t mind, I have been through these stages and i meant every word i am writing to you. It’s okay to know your weaknesses so that you get improve on them and it gives opportunity to learn form our mistakes rather than regretting and self doubt. Once you start accepting yourself, your mistakes,it gives boost to your self confidence and you start believing yourself more and more.
